Covast to Present BBot to Top U.S. Automotive Manufacturers and Suppliers at North American Bengali Conference

ATLANTA - June 27, 2007 - Covast, a leading provider of business-to-business (B2B) integration solutions, will be one of nine featured technology companies presenting at this year's North American Bengali Conference (NABC) Business Forum in Detroit, Michigan. Covast CTO Gijsbert in' t Veld, a globally recognized thought leader in B2B integration, will deliver a presentation on How to Expedite Supplier Integration with B2B Appliance Technology. The event will be held Thursday, June 28th at the COBO Arena in Detroit.

The NABC Business Forum marks an ongoing effort between the business communities of Detroit and West Bengal, India to collaborate on supply chain efficiency, productivity and innovation. The event brings together America's top automotive, IT and energy executives to network with the best of West Bengal, India's supply chain management and manufacturing partners. Additional attendees will include Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm; Nirupam Sen, West Bengal Industries & Commerce Minister; and Bo Andersson, Group V.P. Purchasing, General Motors.

The Covast presentation on How to Expedite Supplier Integration with B2B Appliance Technology will cover the following areas:

  • The current integration challenges between global manufacturing hubs and their supplier/customer base;

  • How B2B appliance technology immediately overcomes these challenges;
